Members serve for a three year term consisting of one board meeting per month (except November and December) and filling the duties of a coordinator position. For this work, board members are awarded a free family membership every year they serve!

Facility Coordinator

The Facility Coordinator (FC), a member from the Board of Directors, oversees the safety, regular maintenance and special projects concerning the buildings and grounds of Pine Bluff.  Under the direction of the board of directors, the FC is the ultimate responsibility and authority for this task under the Board of Directors. This role excludes care for the pool, deck, and pump room.

This position requires 30+ hours a year.

PERSONnel COORDINATOR

The Personnel Coordinator (PC), usually a member from the Board of Directors, holds ultimate responsibility for human resources hiring, scheduling, coaching, managing, and disciplining under the authority of the Pine Bluff Board of Directors. 

This position requires 15-20 hours a year.

Party/special events coordinator

The Party/Special Events Coordinator, a member of the board of directors, coordinates all reservations, contracts and agreements, and special requests for parties booked by members and non-members for personal use. These private and semi-private events include birthday parties, graduation parties, church parties, and office parties.

This position requires 15-20 hours a year.

Photography Coordinator

The Photography Coordinator (PC), a member from the Board of Directors, ensures that all special event and additional activities are recorded via photograph. The PC works closely with other coordinators with the PC holding ultimate responsibility and authority for this task under the Pine Bluff Board of Directors.

This position requires 15-20 hours a year.

Outreach Coordinator

The Outreach Coordinator (OTC), a member from the Board of Directors, acts as a liaison between Pine Bluff and the community, overseeing special fundraising. Under the direction of the board of directors, the OTC has the ultimate responsibility and authority for this task.

This position requires 15-20 hours a year.
